About The Circuit
Dynamic Energy, Shared Strides.
Where Iloilo begins, The Circuit begins too
Since the 1950s, Siete Pecados has anchored Iloilo City, a triangular island tying the Capitol's major roads together and pointing straight at the Arroyo Fountain, the city's Kilometer Zero. Unconventional, sure, but never idle: every day, Ilonggos have crossed paths right here.
If Iloilo were a circuit, Siete Pecados would be its starting point. That's the idea behind The Circuit: an annual race that puts the Capitol Grounds on the map as a home for public sport, anchored to the place that has always brought this city together.
A modern civic plaza is coming for the site, and the original island will eventually give way to it. Before it does, The Circuit's inaugural route retraces its footprint, one last lap for the ground where it all began.
From that single starting point, three routes fan out for 2026: 3K, 5K, and 10K, each open to every age and experience level, all finishing back where they began.
